WHAT I NEED FROM YOU:
* A very
clear photo or photos of your pet's face up close and a body
shot(s) (see
process)
* The photo should be taken at your pet's eye level
* A completed Order Form with Pet's Name, colors etc.
* A 50% deposit via personal check, money order or credit card payment through PayPal. You may also call with VISA or MASTERCARD payment: 773.772.1085.
