I will be hosting my annual Holiday Open Studio Sale two weekends this year: December 10-11 and December 17- 18. Hours are Noon-6pm. An added bonus, both weekends there will be Holiday Art Sales across the street from my Studio at Holstein Park Field House. These Shows will feature many of your favorite artists from the Bucktown Arts Fest - Great shopping for all!

I teamed up with an Ikea chair to create this donation for Chicago's Celebrity Chair Auction. This benefit (tonight) November 30th raises money for many local groups, among them the Chicago Abused Women Coalition. In addition to furniture designers and artists many celebrities such as Jeff Bridges, Bono, Michael Jordan, Nicole Kidman, Jay Leno, Nelson Mandela, The Rolling Stones, Studs Terkel, Oprah Winfrey, and hundreds of others have autographed chairs over the years. The Celebrity Chefs of Chicago, led by Sarah Stegner of the Ritz-Carlton Dining Room, will donate their specialties the night of the auction.

Animal Planet program "Lucky Travels LA" will be featuring the Dogs Gallery on Monday, December 5th. I created their logo and have been represented by the gallery since its opening in 2003. I was asked to sign a release so we are hoping the odds are in my favor that a few of my paintings or prints make it on the show...Airs at 7pm and 10pm Central Time...Don't miss it!

The National literary magazine of New Town Writers, "Off The Rocks" will feature my black and white ink drawing, "Flyers" in the next publication of their Anthology. All are welcome to attend the launch party where I will also be displaying some work with other featured artists December 7th at the Bailiwick Theatre, 1229 W. Belmont in Chicago, 7:30pm. This event is co-sponsored by Friends of the Arts.

Alice again graces the Invitation for Chicago Canine Rescue Foundation's 4th Anniversary Party and Fundraiser. This is the group that brought her into our lives and has saved over 1,000 other dogs! Celebration Details: $30/per person includes Open Bar, Gourmet Hors d'oeuvres, Music, a Silent Auction and more... Sunday, December 11th, Cherry Red on Sheffield at 5pm.

I have started a blog, this is a visual journal of sorts. I'm using this as a way to quickly post new work and updates. It's a nice way to document what I'm working on.
