* You can add a Black Wood Floater Frame for an addtional
fee, just ask for a quote.
WHAT ANNE NEEDS FROM YOU:
* Very clear photos of your pet's face up close and a body shot(s) (see
process)
* The photo should be taken at your pet's eye level
* A completed Order Form with Pet's Name, colors etc.
* A 50% deposit via personal check, money order or credit card payment through PayPal or call with VISA or MASTERCARD payment: 773.772.1085.
* A clear understanding that Anne retains all copyright and reproduction rights on her original art and designs.
* A Signed Commission Order & Agreement Form (below) or Contact Anne and she will send you pdf Order Forms via email
